Most glasses and contacts take 2 weeks to be received in the office. Our patients are notified via text and a phone to call to let them know their materials are ready to be picked up.

Is the prescription of glasses and contacts the same?
No, the Doctor needs to perform further testing for a contact lens prescription which can be done the same day as your comprehensive examination.
What is the difference between vision insurance and medical insurance?
Medical insurance is used to bill medical procedures and treatment for ocular conditions such as glaucoma and red eyes. Vision insurance is used for comprehensive exams, contact lenses and glasses. We ask you to provide us with both or as much information as possible when checking in.
